    link that you give is not teach how to download manual via adb. so next time we can download ourself, not waste time for other people minor it. at least you lazy or dont have much time to do that, yeah download from other :p. chill bro

    4.5.10 and still says latest one . is anybody knows that when and how rollout occurs means country wise everyone is filling forum asking that question too much especially Indian one

    I received the notification from Oxygen Updater. The reason I waited in line for the 4.5.11 update and didn't go immediately download with a VPN is because the incremental rollout if for this purpose: detect possible problems with a release, receive reports and only when every thing is right deploy the worldwide update.

    Now I'm more confident that this release will have the bugs corrected and is good to go. And believe, this is the way it works not only for OnePlus but for all other Android vendors that do release updates and rollouts.

    Enjoy the update, provide constructive bug reports and help make Oxygen OS the best Android possible.

    Cause 4.5.12 had been locked together with 4.5.11 that's y. same as 4.5.7 was linked with 4.5.8
