I'm on 4.7.2 still. I have seen a few folks say they jumped right to this one. Do you have to do each update incrementally? Or when I get the OTA, will it let me go straight to this one?

I haven't seen the notice yet here in USA (PA), but I'm in no hurry. Just curious.
