why has my camera got worse. It seems to be more grainy. especially if there's low lighting. But it worked good before. and my photo gallery sometimes will show the category 4 camera. meaning where the pictures for the camera are stored. and sometimes it doesn't show the category

Even after having the best battery (3400mah) for the OnePlus 3T , not even 5T has(3300mah) , the battery actually sucks in OnePlus 3T . After the Marshmallow update ( Nougat and Oreo ) have actually destroyed the battery life of the phone . Battery drains like anything . What is the use of 3400 mah...even more than 5T ?!! ....5T must be having a better battery life with 100mah less !

After thus update on my oneplus 3, my phone is getting dead
It happened last week once when my phone battery was already 80%. I had to switchon/recover using power button long press.
But in last 2 days this is happening frequently though the battery percentage is around 50, 70, 90 %as well. Now the recovery/switch on is not happening immediately. After muktiple tries with different combinations, it boots up may be after 2-3hr.
Dont know what is the solution for this.
After this update I am able to see battery level indicator of connected bluetooth devices. I am using bluetooth headset.
Can any help what would be the problem and solution/steps to do?
I would go to service center on next working day . Till then any help would be appreciated.

Have you wiped cache in recovery? If not try that first.

Should you have done this and the issue still persists, you could try to dirty flash the full zip.

Shouldn't that work either, I guess a clean install would be the last resort. (after backing up important data)

Also, what I forgot to mention is that you could run your device in safe mode for a while to see if it still happens. Should your device, if running in safe mode, show no issues, a third party app could cause your problems

Then better ask truecaller, shouldn't you?

I've read somewhere on the forum truecaller is aware of the issue and working on it. It's not to OnePlus to fix third party apps.

Really it isn't OnePlus prblm then why other phones doesn't have this problem. You are telling that Truecaller should fix prblm because OnePlus Oreo update have some bug. Than Truecaller should make diff. app for every brands.

I don't see any issue there.
You have 2hrs 50 min sot with still 54% battery left.
That could easily take you to 6hrs of SOT.
    What else do you need.

Yes, truecaller should do that. It's them who want people to download their app, not oneplus. And for why others don't have an issue, maybe they aren't on oreo, I don't know.

As Truecaller is aware of the issue and they issued a beta release already (as far as I know) they must feel responsible for the issue, don't they.

BTW, apps using the imei of a device always makes me suspicious to be honest. It wouldn't be the first time the truecaller app "leaked" personal information.

If it's useful then try to follow it's review on play store carefully.
For now it's the app issue and has been acknowledged by its developers.
