    Need Help !!

I accidently removed One plus File manager (Yes I know it's Stupidity).. and I don't want 3rd Party File manager from play store... and also I don't want to download APK from Apkmirror.com or any 3rd party website due to security reason as those akp might be hacked or something like Spy ware... I don't have any friend near me who has one plus .

How can I Get 100% Genuine File manager With out full erase or factory reset ?

I tried Dirty flash full zip but it didn't restored oneplus file manager ... what else I can try ?

However, I've uploaded the 5.0.4 firmware.
I have changed the firmware 4.1.6 to 5.0.4 without a problem. Well, maybe with one small one.

I had firmware 4.1.6, TWRP 3.1.1-2, and SuperSu 2.82 on my phone.
After updating TWRP to version 3.2.2, through TWRP and restarting the phone for recovery mode, the following message appeared in TWRP: Mount Decrypt Data, Enter Password :)
Fortunately, I was able to upload TWRP 3.1.1-2 back through the application on the phone and everything worked.

I made the update using the method from here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3t/how-to/official-oxygenos-5-0-1-android-8-0-t3728119
    And so:
    1. I've updated TWRP to Blu-Spark TWRP 8.61.
    2. Reboot to recovery
    3. Wipe Dalvik & Cache
    4. Install Menu> Select OOS Full Rom Zip> Swipe to Flash
    5. Flash the provided SuperSU.
    6. In TWRP, click on reboot and select recovery. It will reboot to TWRP again.
    7. Wipe Dalvik & Cache
    8. Reboot System

Everything works. I did not have to do a factory reset.
I do not have any problems with the camera and any application.

1- a dirty flash should've done it, are you rooted and flashed with twrp ? if so in twrp wipe system (only system) and then flash the full zip , this should work.
2- OnePlus files on APKMirror are uploaded (mostly) by OnePlus itself, so you don't have to worry about hacking and privacy, you just make sure the account that posted the file is the OnePlus account, it's 100% safe.

Try going into safe mode and see if you still have high battery drain, if not, then it's a rogue app, or apps. GSamBattery app is then probably your best friend, I usually find Google Play Services is the culprit so clear the cache and any updates and then reinstall them. I don't use Facebook which is also a known battery drainer.

I'm pretty sure that the version from this build isn't available on apkmirror yet.

The lastest build is dated 20th July, pretty close to the date of release of this build.
