    Hi,

Today my phone had hanged and got switched off. After googling saw few posts saying to hold the power button for 30 secs and parallely switching on the charge. I followed the instructions and the phone got started again with 38% battery.

But now the real problem is my battery is draining fast. I read about battery recalibration. Please let me know if this will work for me. I currently on the latest stable build(5.0.8) and my device is OP3...

When will we get a stable update? Four months have elapsed since the last update (5.0.8) and more than four and a half from the last security. You promised updates every two months! Where are the January and March updates, will soon be May?

Don't forget: "Promises only bind those who believe in them" OnePlus©

They will never admit it but they probably cancelled the update: An closed beta was pushed to some few beta-testers.

Yes, closed beta was released 17 days ago for OOS. Since then, no word on their part. H2OS open beta was released 8 days ago, but nothing about OOS. Last year at the time there was also no stable update for couple months, if I remember correctly.

15 seconds of searching google got me the answer to your question.

    https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/introducing-the-oneplus-switch.738493/

    The above thread literally says,

"Currently, you can transfer: Contacts, Messages, Call Logs, Photos, Videos, Audio and applications (without data). We are already working on new updates for more support - such as Wi-Fi history, Camera settings, Apps data, and more."

Hopefully that helps answer your question.

You may want to ask your question in the appropriate thread.

This thread is in regards to the OxygenOS 5.0.8(HotFix) OTA. It's my understanding you are attempting to upgrade to the Community Beta release for Android Pie. There is another thread there which has an FAQ and other information.

    Thankyou.
