I want backup feature in OnePlus phones which is similar to iTunes in apple iPhones. That would make backing up easy & restoring the backup equally easy without loss of data. This would eliminate the possibility of using third party applications.

For freeze, perform a cache wipe in recovery mode and check.

Managed to fix the data issue by manually changing the APN settings a couple of weeks ago. It's now reverted to not working again and I'm beyond pissed off with it. Surely mobile data should be a fundamental element to any functioning smart phone.
Can anyone suggest a fix please? OnePlus support were absolutely useless.

this is exactly what I did two weeks ago, wiping my phone in the process. Surely there's another way? Have OnePlus provided any sort of explanation for this yet?! it's beyond a joke

Overall happy with the update. But still has some minor issues.
Sometimes the mobile gets hot even if you are not using. Observed when mobile data is on. Also standby consumes more battery when mobile data is on.But still the phone lasts for a full working day with my usage. Mobile data and Location is always turned on. I never use WiFi.
So if the mobile standby battery drain bug is fixed, I think the battery life will be excellent.
