seems like you need reset system settings through recovery, it will delete all the apps except data, reset system setting and try again

Hi guys, can someone tell me if its normal use this ROM and get a 5.1.6 version in info devices??
I try to flash this ROM "OnePlus6Oxygen_22_OTA_015_all_1808102118_770880.zip" but after it always say that Im on 5.1.6, and not 5.1.11
I dont understand...

Because I want to stay in Oreo version and im on root in my device. With TWRP, cant use OTA.
