    after updated to pie there are lots of bugs.....like ....twitter not updating new msg on wifi...not able to off alarm...have to reboot the phone everytime to stop it...phone go to silent mode automatically....not able to browse lot of app on wifi such as sony live,twitter,alt balaji....but able to browse when in data mode...oneplus team pls looking in to it ... waiting for an update for this...have to restart the phone everytime ...lots of bugs init.....

    No idea. I everyday used to check for software update since they announced. But end up disappointed till now.

    Hi All,

    I got OnePlus 9.0.0 on 31st Dec through Canada VPN and 9.0.1 on 1st Jan in the first release for India.

    Both these updates have severe bugs. I was not able to open apps - Netflix, Amazon, Prime Video, Outlook and many other apps but all apps opened in mobile internet, work WiFi network. Home network did not connect. I called the technical team, emailed them and went to the service centre. I have reset all apps for 28 times, done factory reset for phone 8 times and did everything what the phone care said 30-40 times but in vain. Both these updates have bugs for the OnePlus 5 roll-up which were not diagnosed.

    I changed phone to pixel and checked, everything worked. I bought two routers and made the service provider do multiple resets but still it didn't work.

    In the process I have downloaded OS 9.0.1 for 7 times but did not change anything.

    The update for OnePlus 5 is pathetic and has disrupted my work, my new year and costed me money, time for nothing.

    Today I have downgraded to Oreo 8.0 and everything is working perfectly fine.

    I urge all who are in urgency to keep calm as you will spend more time in fixing things and your daily routine will get disturbed.

    I am very dissatisfied, disappointed as a OnePlus 5 user and frustrated with everything what happened. I have checked other mobile companies who sent updates, they did not see so many issues.

    I am in contact with the manager of service centre in Hyderabad, also spoke to Technical support manager as he wanted to understand the issue.

    Right now am reconsidering OnePlus Mobile unless anyone from techinal team helps me, I also understand it doesn't matter to you for one customer but many people in this community of OnePlus 5 and 5t are effected.

    I haven't got the update. I am waiting a long time now still no update. I have oneplus 5
