Make sense. thanks buddy.
After updating to 9.0.11 battery has started draining very fast...
Im using 6T since a month but from 2 days after updating the battery is an issue...have to charge twice a day..
In future, there wont be anymore physical fingerprint sensors or even this in display fingerprints will be skipped may in OP 8T or so. There will IR Face ID recognition, how apple does.
Or even the entire phone can a touch sensitive and can detect our palms and the way take our phone and unlock instantly.
Or even the screen may act as a unlocker.
Just my imaginations
Create scheduled power off and power on. After that it will work normally.
try to have 2 to 3 battery cycles and allow battery to settle down.
Later it will function properly, Bughunter team adviced me to wipe cache after update and try for battery cycles.
9.0.10 is replaced by 9.0.11. Hence no 9.0.10.
I am too from India, Got updated from 9.0.7 to 9.0.11 directly.
A small piece of code developed to correct a major software bug or fault and released as quickly as possible.
Please read two posts above.
Hope it works after 2-3 battery cycles...coz when i had 3T...it didnt work well after few upgrades...
if i clear all cache ..does it affect my phone memory?
Thank you Jaya. My issue seems to have resolved, by itself. The phone powered off when battery died out and after that reboot, things look fine.
Better do not update the patch.
1. Battery backup
3. WiFi and Mobile internet 4G
4. Camera, especially Night mode
above mentioned everything sucks like anything.
only useful thing in this update is, I changed the settings to McLaren fingerprint animation and it unlocks fast and even face lock is super fast. Remaining everything is zero.
I appreciate the developers hardwork but cannot take things after investing 45k.
I was very happy in my 5T in case of hardware and software things.
I get update yesterday
10 to 100 percentage. try to follow full 3 cycles minimum and try to check battery performance
wiping cache after update doesn't harm anything. even I was worried initially about it and wrote to OnePlus bughunters team. I got a reply from them and they recommended me to wipe cache after every update only for better battery performance. alternatively follow some good battery cycles and allow your battery to adapt. that will improve battery life
how can it improve battery performance?
I know it was a replacement but many impatient ones here updated it anyways using other VPNs. Anyway, so what about ur camera performance? No excess battery draining in idle time?
first of all Thanks for the regular update but before pushing please make sure nothing else is broken from the previous update that you guys fixed.
This bug am gonna post was fixed in 9.0.10 but then this hot fix messed it up again
Issues noticed on 9.0.11( Bluetooth audio tuner and wired audio tuner)
#1. Equalizer slider is again laggy now( it was fixed on 9.0.10, but then this hot fix messed that), try adjusting the Equalizer using the slider and you will notice the lag in sliding up and down ( screenshot can't reveal the bug, so try it yourself)
steps I did to make sure that it is a bug atleast to me
#1. cleared the cache from recovery
Result: no change
#2. factory reset from settings ---- system ---- Reset Options and then did a hard reset like reset system data and cache, wipe cache, and finally again factory reset from the recovery.
Result: still the Equalizer slider lags
