    ummm HELLO.... With Android Q Preview hitting in July... it only makes since that "updates" slow down near the end of the OS lifespan. If you want quicker updates...switch to BETA. could be worse...you could have a Samsung.....

    The guy in the xda thread is whining about a February security patch (even though I get it, unlocked devices shouldn't be dependant like that).

    OnePlus is known for Regular software updates. No issues in waiting a little bit more for new features and bug fixes. But no excuse in delaying Security updates. Its Mid April and still having an outdated Jan 1 security patch is unacceptable.

    Op devs haven't kept up with the promise of stable updates every 2 months. They should at least be able to give security updates on time. They're definitely working on OP7. And some loyalists still blindly defend them after this.
