Yes it is not necessary I am not saying it's mandatory. But if you want smoother performance you will have to do factory reset.

Sure. But next time you need some clarification, check out this community and elsewhere on the internet to get correct answer. Service centre and customer care are the last places to go, not because you will find a solution there, but because you don't have a choice but to try your luck.

I have seen 1000 people ask "When will it come for my phone" since i first came here, in various threads.

The answer has ALWAYS been.....They dont enable all phones to be updated at the same time as this would kill their download servers if everyone tried to download at the same time, so you just need to wait until it comes available or download it from alternative sites or apps.

Is NFC working on OnePlus 3? Seems like when I tap on my Bluetooth speaker which is NFC enabled, it on's the speaker but my Bluetooth on phone is not getting enabled automatically and speaker is not getting connected.

    Anyone facing the same issue?

    Thsnks for your help.
I am discharging the second cycle now.
Do you know if I should I reach full ZERO before recharging, or is it enough that I keep charging and using it as usual?
I am afraid to ruin the battery if I go to Zero few times.
Usually I never go below 25% before recharging

lol I've wasted only 2 mins. he said that he has read 1000 people asking the same thing so he has wasted more time than me. and he also wastes lot of time shaking his banana as well.

Don't know why, But Really from my experience of usage, Android Oreo is much better in Battery Backup, Performance & Gaming, After installing Pie, it feels like the device has become too heavy or loaded beyond it's capability.

*Went back to Oreo* it's pretty much better Atleast moreover the recent app style feels good in Oreo!

The Android Pie embedded with OOS is not as good as I thought, The Stock Pie of Pixel devices or the one Available as Pie roms(cusotm roms) on xda are much better and more stable.

You can go down to 10% without a problem. And don't have to go to zero, because the battery begins to get stressed below 10%. Keep charging as usual.
