In tests for my own apps, neither disabling optimisation per app nor adaptative battery helped in the end (only thing was a wake-lock). But yes, give it a try, you never know.

Personally I got issues on performance so I wiped the phone including the internal storage and restored everything. Now I'm ok but I think the performance can be better.

After update my oneplus 5t(8,128) face unlock started to make a big delay.

    Now it looks like:
    1) click power button
    2) 1-2 sec delay
    3) screen is lights up

    before:
click power button and screen is lights up at once

    please hotfix

I downloaded the update for Android 9 using the app Oxygen Updater, and so far everything is working very well.

    Hi team,
After the Android 9 Pie update, there are many app crash issues on my OnePlus 5. Apps like Messaging, Snapchat, Camera, Instagram, WhatsApp etc., crash very often. Sometimes, the fingerprint reader and the face unlock do not work too. The phone which used to run perfectly fine on Oreo started lagging a bit after the Pie update.
Kindly fix these bugs as soon as possible.
