    It's easy for you to say as you are a tester for pixel roms, also easy for me as I am also old member of XDA, but not for the normal people, you have top understand this.

    I do understand that a normal person doesn't want to mess with rooting (or probably doesn't know what it is). I consider myself "almost" normal. I signed up as a tester for a couple of apps, but never owned a pixel (because I like OnePlus too much). As I said, it's only a suggestion to learn to root, and that's only for people that don't want shutter sound in India. There are many other reasons to root, that's only one. A normal person just wants the phone to work, and obviously OnePlus screwed something up on the ota pie release. Hopefully OnePlus will fix it if it's a bug, so the question isn't repeated on every page.

    a screen appears
    select wipe data
    -> clear cache

    Even my apps and UI stuttered for a couple of days after the update even after wiping the cache .Then I left the phone on the charger overnight. That optimized the apps and the phone has been fast and smooth ever since. Check if that works for you too.

    I agree with you @Zaphodrocks.
    I'm not a fanboy of anything. If something works well I'm satisfied, otherwise I point out the bugs and I look for better.
    My OP5 work fine with OOS 9.0.3, this is the reality!

    After updating my op5t with 9.0.3, the adaptive brightness feature is totally crashed..., my device is like unable to sense anything, I have to manually change the brightness level of my device, help me solve this problem.

    BUG ENCOUNTERED.

    Multi-touch SIMULTANEOUSLY doesn't work for 3 or more fingers.

    Clean installed on OP5 and tested.

    You can try by yourselves using touchscreen counter app, try doing a simultaneous multi touch using 3 or more fingers at the same time.
