    this is like seriously the least constructive comment. The 3 and 3t were purchased by a community that EXPECTED their phone to be supported this long. the idea behind the company then was they make flagship killers for half the price and that one plus wasn't going to get into the new model every six months. that obviously changed, but customers still have their expectation. a capable device should continue to be taken care of by a company.

    I am still getting the 9.0.3 OTA, but always installed failed.
    OnePlus announced that Android pie is coming on 2018-7-30. but I have not tasted now.

    Go to recovery mode and delete cache.
    Download the latest build 9.0.4 and then install it

    Pie update has spoiled my OnePlus 3 completely.

    Again and again I am loosing my second sim network and getting a notification that Second sim is not allowed.

    I can't use WiFi when I am on a call.

    I can't make video calls using my WiFi.

    Phone screen doesn't wake up for 4-5 seconds when I receive a call.

    Phone lags.

    Battery dies fast.

    I wiped cache and restart, the first notification is still 9.0.3 OTA. my device is op3 the unlocked bootloader. where can I download the 9.0.4 build?

    3t is more than enough to handle todays apps and games..so be patient and wait for couple of fixes to see the oreo level performance... Never settle.

    No one expects anything other than security updates in the third year of most mobiles lives.
    One plus only made that their policy about a year ago so when the 3 came out there was no length of support specified.
    To expect continued support for a phone as you seem to be expecting is living in a dream world. Get real.

    Try clearing cache from recovery but of no help..
