I had a similar issue but I forgot network and rest my network settings and reconnected.. so far it has been about two week and I have no issues so far.

With the latest version; I have problem texting from Messenger to my friend. He can receive my message but I can't receive his. We found a work around with WhatsApp but annoying since RCS was enabled on the last patch.

Not sure about Security patch (REALLY hope they update the TMO firmware soon), but the thread below should offer the latest built in camera app and fixes. I was using these prior to moving to the unlocked image and Beta. Let me know if this link helps!
