My 5 received this OTA update today. I hope it sorts out the dire battery drain that 9.0.4 brought.

I'm on 9.0.3 and I saw this update, the size is 200mb+ is it advisable to update as 9.0.4 is 1.7gb in size and it's no more showing.

Definiately a good step towards better OS. First impressions:
    - gestures work better, more responsive, more accurate, I think it's good enough to leave it at this state
    - UI experience is better, smoother, havent experienced tiny laggs that 9.0.4 had sometimes
    - parking location: definiately cool and useful for drivers, gonna use it when needed
    - haven't experienced any new bugs
    - unlocking problems still remain to be judged. In 9.0.4 fingerprint sensor along with double tap to unlock the phone were bugged, stopped working often, had to press the power button to unlock. I hope it works better in 9.0.5, so far it's ok but it's been too short for a definite judgement.
    - auto updates app probably still works bad, it auto updates rarely and even if it leaves some apps outdated, phone on wifi most of the time.

reboot your device then try to download again, or use the third party app (oxygen updater) in play store it could help your issue..

Received this OTA quite fast this time round, after 1 day of using, I noted the battery drain seems to improve a lot as compared to 9.0.4 but I have to say that it was still not too bad previously and now it is even better.

Hope it will be the same for you.

Got the update today and no issues so far. The phone is fast and fluid as ever. Haven't noticed the random micro stutter as of yet. Hopefully it has been fixed for good along with the phone app speed dial bug.
