    What was your download source?
How did the clean install go?

I've been using the latest update since the day it was announced, I attach my battery usage as you can see MNS isn't an issue with my phone.

(I only charged my phone when I was in the car if anyone wonders why I was charging it during the day)

I don't know the download source what Oxygen OS Updater gave me. Didn't check. This is the file name: OnePlus3TOxygen_28_OTA_086_all_1911042121_9156030ead54e, Size: 1,590,909 KB.

I did a complete reset of the phone after re-locking the boot-loader. Though it wiped the data, I did wipe the data once again from recovery. Updated 9.0.6 with System updates- local update. Deleted cache. Restored the data using Oneplus Switch.

Fingerprint sensor is quick now. (Had issues with 9.0.5 - update; it was updated normally, not clean install). Incoming call screen wake up delay needs to be checked as I didn't get any calls today. Can't comment on the battery yet as it is just one day of usage. My battery is less than two months old.

    OK.

I didn't realize you were using a 3t. I have a 3 for which the full zip is not yet available on Oxygen OS Updater.

I very much doubt it. The OP2 reached EOL with regard to OP updates some years ago. You could move over to the OP2 forums and ask there.
Your best bet to get later Android versions would be to go for a custom ROM. Check out the XDA developers web site

Help you how? It's a phased roll out, as stated in the OP, if you can't/won't wait methods to circumvent the roll out have already been detailed in this thread, I don't see what more anyone can do for you.
