G_Rejath.c_Revin_myAy , via OnePlus 5T , Oct 11, 2019 : problem related to switching off and heating issue. I think the phone is switching off because of dual sim i guess. When i use single sim in any of the slot i dont have any issue ,when i activate the second sim i have the problem like switching off automatically and heating up (here no background apps working) then also its heating up .this issues is happening wen i rolled into op5t O2 beta 33. Tell me a solution for this

ninja123456 , via OnePlus 5 Midnight Black , Oct 11, 2019 : all the resources will be directed towards 7 and 7t series now. fixing issue in those builds are more important because a small issue may go haywire on social media and cause decline in the sales of new mobiles. where as the developers will look into OnePlus 5/5t in their free time as these mobiles will not generate any revenue or affect sales of new mobiles
rajat0409 , via OnePlus 5T , Oct 11, 2019 : They say, 'Never Settle'. I believe that tagline is only valid for NEW OnePlus phones. They say, they have been working closely with Google to update their phones. But, Google updates their every single model on the same day of release while OnePlus only updates its latest model and the older models which were promised timely updates have to 'SETTLE'. Till now, I was a kind of a guy who used to talk highly about OnePlus. But, I'm highly disappointed by the way the older models are being treated. Now I realise the fact why Apple is known to be what it is. Even iPhone SE got the update on the same day of release of iOS 13. Thanks for teaching us OnePlus. Maybe my last OnePlus phone ever.
