but wait earlier you were complaining about them doing updates and messing things up now you're saying you were only complaining about camera performance...you're kind of inconsistent for a person who gives feedback professionally

updates are an issue but major issue is the camera.

sir with all due respect ...
which all phones do you own?
I am not a tester but have been using Samsung phones since note 2 was launched. details of phone in my profile.

    1. even they have had glitches and had to send hotfix.
    2. and OP also has oxygen as you mentioned that Samsung has One UI. and with the resources at their disposal they should send it out faster then OP but their updates to their flagship are atleast 3 months.
    3. They only have two major updates for their phones. hence my Note 8 will not get the next upgrade.

The point being every company works in a different way so please don't compare.
Yes if you feel there are flaws with the device you own you have all the right to bring it to the manufacturer s notice ..... via the feedback system established.

    cheers and enjoy

Thank you OP for such fast updates! Never experienced this before with an Android Phone!

One Question - with the next update could you support VoLTE and VoWIFI on 3 Austria?

Auto brightness needs optimising. Often over compensates in dark environments.

    Sorry if repeating others feedback.

Have an idea... What if you get some kind of slider before activating fingerprint unlock.
Would that be a tolerable way to bypass the pocket failed unlocking issue?

Calling all of my OnePlus Forum enthusiasts. I have the TMobile version of the OnePlus 7Pro 256GB/8GB. I have already loaded 9.5.9 successfully. Now one thing I noticed was increased battery life. No other issues to report. However.....I have the 9.5.10 from OnePlus that has all the fixings. Does anyone REALLY know what we got with the TMobile update? Should I load the other version? I shouldn't have to root?

Unfortunately I was wrong assuming they didn't change their change log. We did get just a July security update which can be why you have better battery life, I've noticed the same thing. But we have no features from 9.5.10 or the OnePlus 9.5.9.

Honestly even though it does take awhile to update, we are getting the updates faster than the OnePlus 6t days. I would just wait it out

Im glad you noticed it too. I see that part being a DEF update as far as battery life. But I think we've been ignored on the Camera side. If this is the case....then financing a phone is NEVER the way to go. HOWEVER....OnePlus should try and remain loyal to us fans of their phone and by financing one should push TMobile to make sure we get those in a timely fashion. I know the separation factor between both sides is night and day....but in the end it's a OnePlus 7 Pro phone that hasn't been fully updated. I know....point the finger at the cell provider.
