Calling all of my OnePlus Forum enthusiasts. I have the TMobile version of the OnePlus 7Pro 256GB/8GB. I have already loaded 9.5.9 successfully. Now one thing I noticed was increased battery life. No other issues to report. However.....I have the 9.5.10 from OnePlus that has all the fixings. Does anyone REALLY know what we got with the TMobile update? Should I load the other version? I shouldn't have to root?

Unfortunately I was wrong assuming they didn't change their change log. We did get just a July security update which can be why you have better battery life, I've noticed the same thing. But we have no features from 9.5.10 or the OnePlus 9.5.9.

Honestly even though it does take awhile to update, we are getting the updates faster than the OnePlus 6t days. I would just wait it out

Im glad you noticed it too. I see that part being a DEF update as far as battery life. But I think we've been ignored on the Camera side. If this is the case....then financing a phone is NEVER the way to go. HOWEVER....OnePlus should try and remain loyal to us fans of their phone and by financing one should push TMobile to make sure we get those in a timely fashion. I know the separation factor between both sides is night and day....but in the end it's a OnePlus 7 Pro phone that hasn't been fully updated. I know....point the finger at the cell provider.

Yeah I get it but it's so touchy, they do acknowledge that they want the best camera so at least they are doing the updates and they've invested in new technology to get them there but at the same time the communication between OnePlus and T-Mobile is just confusing and it's hard to say who is at fault.

Why T-Mobile released a security update of July and OnePlus is still on June doesn't add up at all, I've never seen the OEM behind on an update from the service provider, correct me if I'm wrong, but something tells me TMobile really is controlling the update more than OnePlus is this round

Do you have auto-rotate active if not turn it on. You can do this right from the pull down menu. By the way I have the Oneplus 7 pro but I expect that the Oneplus 7 should be the same. If you do have auto-rotate active it can sometimes be difficult to rotate during video but keep at it, its definitely possible. If you don't see the shortcut on the pull down menu. Hit the pen and move the shortcut to the active section, activate shortcut.

The phone is running on the latest Oxygen update 9.5.10.

Hello, since the latest update, when I look into the photos folder, the backlight is as I have it set to cool colour, but as soon as I open a photo then the backlight becomes warm. could it be a bug? this was never an issue before the latest update. thank you very much

    Nice video
    I agree with points 1 2 3 and 5
    But point 4... No jack
Well you say it : you only have bluetooth items !
You were unhappy because you could not connect to your friend's car system which hasn't bluetooth.
I think you have 2 possibilities here :
    - stop seeing this friend
    - or he buys a new car with a bluetooth device !
We can't blame OP for a hardware choice they made.
