yes lens is clean when we click pic and when we zoom it then it shoul automatically fixes the pixels from blur to clarity on op 3t which i was use earlier but in 7 pro it doesn't fixes the pixels from blur to clarity on zooming post click.

    Sorry but I don't understand
    You take a picture
    And then?
You zoom it ? And it's less sharp ?
    So what ?
    Same with any DSLR photo

yes, the clarity and sharpness is gone when we zoom in even slightly, happens for pictures taken in daylight using the main camera. The picture becomes less sharp and grainy, like a smudged painting. I hope we see more improvements going forward for the camera and be on par with the S10+ or even p30 pro.

    sorry but I can't agree
zooming with p30 or s10+ gives same results
of course if you want to zoom more 10 times or more image will be grainy whatever the camera is
phone camera is dedicated to taking photo that can be printed in 10x15 or a4 maximum
for instance on this photo you think there is an issue when zooming?

    By the way
Noticed that when you go on web OP community you have far better photo quality and you can zoom far more than with the app of OP community !

I think you're misleading yourself by putting every user in an average user category, and there is no outlier thing here when I said I get up to 9 to 10hrs of SOT. I am sure that you missed my other posts where I have specifically mentioned how I use my OP7 pro. Anyway, I get your point about the exceptions. Frankly, that is not my problem if you or other average users (according to you) are getting 6-7hrs SOT. I use my OP7 pro as normal daily use and if I am getting a good result then there is no harm in sharing my experience with people.

Mind you that these are not photoshopped screenshots:

I thought I heard about cases when they stopped updates but I could be wrong...
Remember when iPhone X users couldn't answer calls when screen was off? Better to have just 20 000 customers with the problem than every single sold unit.
Anyway even Apple could need to be careful sometimes.
There is also a cost behind it... When customers get a update they would prefer the update to download fast enough not to cause a irritating moment.
This could be solved by more servers in different parts of the world or/and simply a download queue that only allows a certain amount of connections at a time.
They also have methods to allow app creators to release updates in segments. So the update method that Oneplus use exists within the Apple in a way.

Hi, This is my first 1+ mobile. Bought three days back and updated to 9.5.9. Exchanged for Samsung S8. But I am not satisfied with Camera's picture quality. I took many shots and detail is missing in most of the shots. First photo taken with oneplus. Second photo taken with redmi note 7 pro. If you notice the first picture right hand side, the words in the pamphlet is washed out, whereas in second picture words are clear. I am using default settings. I tried many shots but still the results are same.

Also if possible upload both the pics in gdrive and send here..I am curious if the problem is with ISO or your metering.

I am no pro. I take the mobile out, shoot a picture. I expect a good photo. While doing so, I saw a difference and I posted it here.
