    no lag here buttery smooth.
    best android experience

I review phones and there's no comparison between this and iPhone X.
yes iOS is more economical but refresh rate and screen resolution on OnePlus trump's iPhone X.

    things OnePlus does better

    icons are so much sharper
    multi tasking
    screen refresh rate
    more vibrant screen
    more camera options
    4k @60fps
    edge to edge screen
    dual SIM
    bigger screen

The adaptive brightness has become worst after the latest update. just bought OnePlus 7 today and disappointed with it. Reluctantly I have updated my phone to give it a try and it screws up. Atleast do some proper testing. My general advice for OnePlus users is don't update .

I am stuck on the T-Mobile version because my computer won't run the MSM tool. this is the reason that I hate windows. You would think that you could flash the international ROM on a Chromebook, but I can't find any reliable instructions. I also signed up to be a tester, but nobody contacted me. I guess that I am stuck waiting on T-Mobile to release software updates. I love the hardware, but alas I am stuck with another device with outdated hardware and no way to change it.

    Some rapported the opposite.
In what way does it not work?
It's not automatic brightness as brightness adjustment once where. My first phone with adaptive brightness was Sony XZ3. I didn't like it much at first but it seemed to improve over time. Still had the need to do some adjustments from time to time though...
To everyone that has brightness issues. Try to manually correct the brightness in situations when you are not happy with it. In theory it should learn what you want...

I can send you the right drivers. you need to uninstall all old OnePlus drivers, restart the computer, then install the new drivers, then reboot the computer again, then run the tool. I was stuck forever until I did what I just explained. the drivers are in the thread of that T-Mobile tool, you just have to search for them. if you can't find them, I can send you a link to them [e]1f44d[/e]

Not possible to update a T-mobile phone manually. Need to convert it to international before that. Might not be what everyone want though. Shelf in the launcher and possible VoLTE and VoWiFi issues could be a reason to stick with original firmware

Been experiencing IPV6 connection issues on Wifi. Some apps will continue to load forever or not at all but same app works fine on a different device (iPhone 6, Droid DNA, S10) connected to the same Wifi network. Tried everything from configuring router, to clearing Network settings in the 7 Pro, to resetting phone to Factory Defaults. It is isolated only to Wifi on the 7 Pro, mobile data IPV6 works flawlessly.

It has also been documented in these links
    https://www.reddit.com/r/oneplus/comments/codh3q/ipv6_not_working_on_9511_7_pro/
    https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/ipv6-isnt-working-on-wifi.1086519/

Please look into this. This may be the cause of all the Wifi issues I've been reading in these threads

Sad not to agree with this. Camera works nice in a good amount of situations, being very capable of great shots, but there are still scenarios which are definitively not up to scratch, remember this smartphone is very expensive, and is normal to expect a top level behaviour in most cases.

In my opinion there are still three main problems:

    1) Impredictable behaviour in interior/indoor scenarios, with a reddish/yellowish effect which spoils many "easy shots"
    2) Blurry / Watercolor effect in faces/ hair / people, specially when not very light conditions
    3) Average quality in ultra wide camera.

If they achieve to correct these aspects (specially 1 and 2), I'll be the first to happily admit that the op7 camera is able to compete with a true flagship in photography. As long as this doesn't happen the camera will still look like a mid-range / mid-gamma smartphone.:( (to be said that a 2019 mid-gamma smartphone camera is still a very decent camera...)

Also to say that the rest of 9.5.11 features works heavenly, just brilliant.
