My screen glitches after the update, it happens rarely. I tried to record the glitch and play it. It looks like the display is fine and looks like a software bug.

For me battery backup is incredible. Two full days without need of charging. Resolution QHD, refresh rate 90hz

how can you manage this kind of battery life? I've never gotten more than 5 hours SOT and I have the device for two weeks already. I also have most apps like you and nothing strange. NFC On, Adaptive resolution, 90HZ, VOLTE on, VOWIFI off, wifi mostly, moderate usage of data, Bluetooth mostly off unless I listen through the Bullets 2... So why this huge difference?

Several things matter. What apps that is installed and some options like RAM boost. How terrible Google play services act for example (idle drain).
2 days ago or so I had 6.5h and 41% left.
I have RAM boost of and wifi/mobile/location always on. Naptime installed with a few exclusions. A few wakelocks ignored and stuff.
Tried to collect some tips in a guide. Not everything is helps for everyone but knowing what happens after a change helps a lot.
All tweaks is done without root.

In my case it seems to do better without it. Having it on can result in some unwanted activity that drains more than doing good. Best is to try what fits you the best. The results is not the same for everyone.

You might need to reboot to get the best effect.
You probably know after a few days if and by how much it make a differance.
