Tried to use it without RAM boost?
Personally I think you need to look at the memory in "running services" too. That gives a more real idea of current usage and not and the average.

I see lag in animations too when I unlock using face I'd and sometimes when I go to home screen while using an app.

    Bugs
    Some apps restart often.
And noticable lag during the usage.
    Heating up more.
Too much grains in dark locations for the Camera.
Play store not downloading pubg continuesly ( it Stop during download showing that " waiting for WiFi " even if there is WiFi.

Very disappointed with the device. Its the second one I replaced. Still It has got problems. Can't accept this kind of performance from such a brand and such a device, which we spend reasonable amount of money in.

reboot your phone. there was a same problem with my phone too. even I reported through feedback module but got no response from OnePlus team . so I decided to reboot my device and now it's working fine.

Bro you have enabled google's smart unlock, it enables you to unlock your phone without entering pin, fingerprint or face when you are at your home location.

Hard to say what your problem is. It could be so many reasons. Something may cause excessive use of CPU and causing both lag and battery drain. Some apps may constantly use too much ram.
You basically need to take a look at what is running in the background and what is using cpu/batgery and that way possible see if there is something you can fix or even remove.
If you look at "running services" in developer options you should see the currently active apps.

Because of RAM boost. This happens when there are huge memory operations between ZRAM and RAM. I don't know why OnePlus implemented such crazy shit. SD855 can open apps quicker, then why do we need so called RAM boost to open apps quicker. This actually increasing overhead on CPU as RAM boost keeps frequently used apps in memory and when RAM is fully used by RAM boost, then it makes use of ZRAM for other apps to keep in memory which increases swapping and thus battery drain. Crazy implementation. Unless you need 8 / 12 gigs of RAM its just waste for 6 gb ram users.
