Δυστυχώς, το πρόγραμμα ενημέρωσης οξυγόνου μου ζητά μια διαδικασία ενημέρωσης που δεν καταλαβαίνω

Hi! I am facing this issue starting with A.11 update. Nobody could help me. Even OnePlus Technical Support. They advised me to go to repair shop in my country. I live in Russia, 1+ is not officially supported here. My model is DN2103 EU version. The phone should be reflashed, not by OTA, but from PC or programming device using not incremental but full firmware. There are some problems with this kind of reflashing. So, starting with October my phone stays not updated with A 11, A.12, A.14 and A 15 updates. That's all I can tell you. Here in this community there are 3 or 4 users with this kind of problems more. Nobody of them told did they manage to update and if they did, how they had done this. If you will find the solution, please, let us know.

That is true, for me too is impossible to repair the phone locally beacuse there isn't any Official Oneplus, and also impossible to send the phone for repair because the shipping cost as half of the phones price.
