I have tried twice on my OnePlus 6T T-Mobile variant to upgrade to the newest Open Beta. It runs the current open beta released in September just fine. But then when I do a local upgrade to the Android 10 open beta, right after it finishes installing and I press reboot, I get a message that says Build Version and HW version do not match and it ets stuck in a bootloop. To fix it, I have to use MSMDownloadTool to fix it. I have tried doing a local upgrade using a locked and unlocked bootloader and both lead to the same problem. Has anyone succesfully updated their TMo variant because i hate having to keep restoring my device?

Needs to be the international version. If its tied to a network, you may have the issues you mention. You will need to wait for the version your carrier releases, if you are tied to that carrier.

If you read the first post above, it will explain this already.

Is it me or somebody here facing this:

If you keep your brightness at the lowest and type on the keyboard on whatsapp
The screen slightly blinks just how the fingerprint sensor lights that part for a second.

Do like this post for considering this as you are facing it too!

Restart your phone, if you still experience the issue, submit a bug report with the link on the first post. Have not experienced the issue you mention on a 6T.

I actually got TWRP installed, however boot got lost and after rebooting out of TWRP i got stuck in "QUALCOMM Crash Dump Mode" Now i had to go back to OB17 with a full wipe. I can confirm TWRP is not for Q just yet xD

Oh well Q was fun as long as it lasted (22 hours) xD Not going back there just yet since there is no recovery partition in Q. I believe that update will make some crazy stuff with the next coming update since recovery is not in it. (as of what i could find)

My biggest bet is that mauronofrio over at XDA will help us out when time is right.
