Have you at least submitted your feedback via the proper channel?

Both of these issues have been discussed numerous times in this thread

You have attempted to install the OnePlus 6T's global model's Android 10 Open Beta update for bootloader and firmware, on to the T-Mobile (USA) carrier minority variant which has obviously bricked your phone. This is because of the T-Mobile's own carrier mega bootloader.

You have then attempted to roll-back to Android Pie by using the Global model's roll-back firmware which, again, is not compatible with the T-Mobile (USA) model.

You will need to reflash your T-Mobile (USA) carrier minority variant phone back to Android Pie by using the T-Mobile version of the MSMDownloadTool...

    T-Mobile OnePlus 6T MSMDownloadTool

... and instructions and downloads in the link I have provided. This will of course, erase all cache and data.

It will take you back to the stock T-Mobile (USA) carrier minority variant firmware version 9.0.13 on Android Pie. You can then update to the latest TMO firmware, 9.0.14, via an OTA update and wait until either T-Mobile (USA) release their version of Android 10 with a new bootloader and firmware and hope that a conversion workaround is found to convert to the global firmware or you can re-convert your phone to the global model of Android Pie once again while you wait to see if there is a workaround for TMO conversions on their carrier, Pie, bootloader... which I am doubtful of.

(If you cannot open the link in the OnePlus Community app, switch to your Google Chrome browser)
