Read the first post of this thread. It is mentioned there on how to give logs and feedback.

Hello. This is another rollback question. I've been through this thread but can't find an answer. I'm tired of being on the beta branch. Been on it since my OP2 days. Now I just want to go back to a stable release.

I'm on Beta 30 on a OnePlus 6 right now. I can't work out how to get back onto stable.

If I use the referenced rollback image as a local upgrade attempt, it just says 'installation failed' with no log output

If I try to update to Oxygen OS 9.0.9 via local upgrade it says I cannot downgrade to a lower version

I don't care if I need to wipe my phone. I just want off the beta train. Would rather not go down the TWRP/root route unless I'm forced to.

Has anyone successfully reverted to a stable build from Android 10?

Use oxygen updater from playstore and just download the latest stable and do a local upgrade. it will be A10 and despite the warning you won't lose your data.

Stable is a newer build than beta.

This is great advice, thanks. I didn't know the Oxygen Updater app existed. I'm now on OxygenOS 10 on the stable branch. A completely uneventful update.

Only problem is that stable A10 itself is not stable, full of bugs....

Let's hope they release something soon

Now that is true. This is one of the reasons I wanted to revert, but I figured I'll just wait it out. At least the stable A10 build appears to be better than the beta build. (I know this is the risk we take by being on the beta build, but I'm just tired of it.)

OP6 feels laggy after OB30 update. Is this going to be better with optimisations or this is what we gonna have to use for the rest of the device lifetime? OB on Android Pie was blazingly fast. Even when opening settings from status bar, there is a black splash screen which did not happen earlier.

So have been missing a lot of calls recently so then rang my phone to see that I had a very week beep ringtone,

Then discovered that there are only two system ringtones in phone ringtone and vibration settings,

Is anyone else missing system ringtones ?
