To me that is not a problem since I had an lg g5 which never got updated like promised. So getting a least one update to me seems good even though I would prefer 2 or even 3. But can't complain about it.

well first Manu mentioned that the 6 and 6 t would receive the update by end of September, then we were teased that October would be the month, then Carl said on stage today in October, no mention of this being an open beta, and now we are better Ng told November. and if you are a 5 or 5t user, between April and June next year. are you following?

As you did i also upgraded from LG,G2 to be specific which didn't get any updates. OnePlus is far better than LG in that matter. But 8 months is a long time for a Treble supporting phone. That's what i meant.

    Q2 2020 to get it on 5T is DI-SAP-POINT-ING!!!

I hope all the people cheering here have already settled with the fact that their pride is going to last 1 year at most, when their 'old' 6T/7 is going to be not profitable anymore for OP.
Dear OnePlus, why don't you just admit that you only care about how fast you bring new Os to the newest devices so you can call yourself user-centric? If I had a 7, I wouldn't give a damn about getting a new version of Android in 18 days since it's availability, if you are willing to provide reasonable updates for just one year and a few months if lucky. You guys are gonna be very frustrated in the following months when you'll start to understand how OP behaves.

Thank you for not being able to give proper support for not even 2 years to the 5T. It'll be long gone for me before it gets Q, that's for sure.
Oh and thank you for the 7T pro, what a nice way to show how little you innovate these days. What is the positioning of it since it's basically the 7 pro?
