Trying to update. I copied the file to "Download" folder and rebooted to recovery. However, when I press "Install from local" nothing happens. It doesn't even allow me to select the file. Any ideas? Thanks.

Then it's NOT possible to install the OS using stock recovery, as recovery is not able to read the encrypted device.

I downgraded back to OOS 3.0 because no matter how many times I tried, the audiomaxx zip that I flashed to OOS 3.0.1 did not work/have any effect.

Feels great to see New update. And I have installed it today. But I wish they shouldn't have removed quick unlock feature. And lock screen is a bit smaller than the previous one.

I've seen a very significant improvement in the battery life. Loving the new switching between apps layout.

For me FPS and home button was totally unresponsive on OOS 3.0. After I flashed yesterdays OSS 3.0.1 beta build FPS and home button came alive. If you have dirty flashed then try a clean flash else try the usual fixes mentioned here in the forum.

What's your finger print test says "PASS" or "FAIL" or "ERROR"

Dial *#808# and click Finger print test -> finger print auto test -> Self test .

If it's error than it's hardware fault and time to submit RMA ticket otherwise it's software problem.

Quick question friends ... Can it be flashed on encrypted devices? (Stock OOS 3.0.0 and kernel)
