Ok let's start with the basics.

How long does it takes for your phone to get charged? (With original brick and cable)

As long as you have 10.3.1 you can go strait to beta 11 with no issues. No need of a previous beta version since the update file is a full update with everything included.

I noticed exactly the same thing, and I believe it is way more noticeable at in low light conditions. Also, I was wondering if it could be related to video enhancer feature in settings/display but I haven't done enough testing yet. It seems to happen less in newer betas (OB-10, OB-11) but perhaps I am not paying so much attention anymore.

The bar is intended to disappear at the launcher but reappear when opening app. At the moment it's abit irregular. I've given them pretty detailed info on the behavior.
It can hide in launcher but not show properly in apps while sometimes showing in both places.

If you are on beta you will continue to get beta unless leaving beta channel. Leaving beta can be done in 2 ways. Either flash a newer stable update manually over beta or use the rollback file to Pie. Both methods will wipe.

Update/Downgrade your phone with starting from the community app. Downgrade file exists in the first post in OB1.

Downgrading will wipe to an International Pie firmware. OTA your way up if you want International. Flash EU build manually if you need EU.

Various updates files are listed here.

Yeah. That sucks. Personally everything is synced and backed up. Passwords, 2 step verifications, pictures... Only need to install the apps. Not such a big fuss for me. Have some Oneplus Switch backup stored if I feel lazy though.

There are cases were moving from beta to stable does not wipe. But I have never seen that happen personally on 7 series. Seen people flash on 6T with no wipes though...

Yeah, my older OnePlus 3 it was possible without a wipe..
Anyways had thought of a hard reset for quite a long time. Doing it for the first time after using my 7 Pro for almost a year now
