    i recently bought OnePlus 3 . i am trying to update it but after the download is complete it says " download could not be verified" and i am not able to update my device. What should i do? i came here just for this so i hope i get the solution

    Download from official oneplus web and transfer zip to your phone memory. Go to recovery and flash from there.

    getting 4+ SoT on ob16 ...i used to get 5+ on 15, but, i'm playing with the rom more this time so it could be just me ;)

    I'm feeling the same way. Touch latency issue is very noticeable in ob16 compared to the previous versions. Oneplus rom engineers teams smoking weed these days.

    I only get update once, from Android 6.0 to 7. 1.1
    Since then some applications have been crashing, the worst is that fingerprint scanner sometimes fail to respond oo.
    Thanks in advance.

    I got my first OTA update like 2 weeks ago but haven't been able to get another update to fix the issue.
    I have done cache cleaning.
    I just bought it new few weeks ago.

    go to Settings > Backup & reset ... it's there
    an update from android 6.0 to 7.1.1 is a big jump, i think in such leaps they should make factory reset mandatory and done by the update process.

    I can safely say that at least the Touchpanel firmware files are untouched and have the same md5 checksum as in beta 15.
