Check the OnePlus site download section.

Before that as a lost resort try the modified twrp recovery from Blu_spark ( you will find it on XDA) and see.

    No I don't think so.
You are doing something wrong for now.
    Forget the TWRP flash.
Try to ADB sideload the ROM from pc and see.
Also check again if the ROM zip isn't corrupt ( bad download)..

    No .
It should be " ADB command" not fast boot.
    That's where you are wrong.
Fast boot command is used to flash the recovery .

I found a tutorial on how to do it.
Enabled ADB sideload mode in TWRP, typed the command to flash the rom, and that appears :

Is the ROM zip file placed inside the ADB folder for now.

Yeah but I still don't know why TWRP doesn't want to flash the rom normally, without having to sideload :p

After successful flash do a factory reset and then flash the Blu_ spark TWRP using fastboot command.
Next time u flash ROM with TWRP it will be okay.

I want the wave to wake feature back. :(
If I could choose between "lift up display" or "wave to wake", I would choose the latter.
I like the fact that now the screen-off gestures work even if the notifications previews are visible and that they do not appear each time you lock the device, but the wave feature was quite useful for me.
