    OnePlus probably is focusing most of there resources on stable Pie for 6 so just wait till 6 gets it THEN expect Pie for 5/5T...

    Just be happy that you get an update...
    Look at OnePlus 3/3T it's been a while sence they got an update...
    And if I remember correctly they got the last beta already...

    I don't see you doing any development work for it. Speed up and release a buggy version and you'll whine and complain then too. If you need it that bad then use a custom ROM. If you don't want to then have some patience. The world doesn't revolve around you needing an immediate update.

    Android isn't handled under the hood like IOS is...
    It harder to give support to older devices (tremble helps it tho) especially to smaller companies compared to Apple...
    Even tho same should be capable *Samsung*...

    Thanks dear for reply... My contention is why spent time and energy on OS based on Oreo which is soon going to be replaced by Pie. And after updating to Project treble it would be very easy for them to release open beta based on Android Pie for OP5/T

    Hope they will fix it with this update. Even i had the same problem. But some how it got rectified within Beta 17 itself. Not sure what i did.. Its crazy..

    I've used HTC one(which got only one major update) so i knew what was i going into by switching to android. i just hope they step up their game

    Well regular stable updates come every month and i basically see nothing more they can add...
    Once most things come from beta to stable it's obviously not gona bring major changes... (Not counting Pie)
