You still aren't explaining your problem.
Is your screen too dark in dark rooms? Increase the brightness a little. What's so difficult in that?

that's why I wrote the auto brightness has a problem.if I adjust it every time it's not auto.simple.

Download the update from system updates
    Go to file manager
Make sure you can see hidden files and folders
There must me a .Ota folder
The downloaded zip is stored in that folder.
Copy it to some other location.
    Flash it via twrp

It can do that, yes. Here's the thing: for some, it turns out to work very nicely especially in dark environments. It does reduce the brightness to the point where if you increase it just a little more yourself then you'd want to lower back to what it was to minimise eye strain.
Try resetting adaptive brightness by searching for 'Device Health Services' in the Settings app search section, app info, storage, clear storage, reset adaptive brightness.
If it's still too dark after re-enabling adaptive brightness, just move the slider to the amount of brightness for the current amount of lighting you have. Adaptive brightness would then 'remember' that for next time.

Like i told you, it is not auto brightness. It's adaptive brightness. You need to teach the system initially.
