Open Beta test firmware may not always be as stable as stock official OxygenOS and installing it is entirely at your own risk.

Also, bear in mind that the official, stable, OxygenOS is about to release.

Once on the Open Beta channel, you will no longer receive the stock official OxygenOS updates unless you revert back to stock, which may involve wiping your phone.

Open Beta is for experienced and competent users to offer constructive feedback and bug reports to OnePlus. Therefore, this is not a spoon feeding section of the forums.

You will not receive this OTA update unless you are already on Open Beta. You can however, use the Oxygen Updater from the Play Store to download and install it.

Sorry for my ignorance but I have one month android 10 already installed on 1+6. All works fine (only at beginning with whatsup battery drain and sharing photos by whatsup but this solved by whatsup update), so why again beta for Android 10????

I would understand beta test for Android 10.1 but this beta looks like first beta por A10.

Beta and stable are two completely different builds. Beta is needed to test new features and find bugs quicker.

You have to manually flash the beta. But know if you do this, you won't get stable updates.

    By reading through this thread.

That particular question has been answered by myself, no less than 3 times in the last 12 hours.
