Tried restarting, clearing cache. No use.

Changer works fine on another op3. The other charger doesnt dash charge on my handset though.

The red charging indicator comes on. Not the blue one. The charge level increases slowly.

Try changing the wall charger, use a different outlet or change the block Dash to third party block.

If flashing to the previous version you will have to wipe your device as some things will not work

But based on what she's saying, wouldn't be a software issue rather than a hardware issue? If what she says is true, then shouldn't she change the software? I don't know if she would try flashing from the previous version back the new one after she does that, but wouldn't it be worth the try?

It's possible to flash the previous version over the latest version to see if dash works. If it does she would have to wipe her device then. If it does not work flash latest again and it should work as I tried it from latest to previous but had issues then latest again then all good.

I think it's looking like charger issue

She could try a backup just incase. Then Wipe and Flash, then work her way up from there.

But the charger is fine with another OP3 phone, then it can't be just the charger. If the charger works with another OP3 Phone (assuming that phone didn't have the recent update), then it may be software. Maybe the phone is reading the charge as a third party. I don't get dash charge with a different cable and a different block. So, It's probably the phone and what it's reading from the charge.
