I didn’t say anything. You’re the one who asked a question that has nothing to do with One Plus

This thread is for OP6/OP6T Open Beta queries only, issues with 3rd party apps should be brought to the attention of the App supplier directly. You will notice the title at the top of the thread, the clue is in the name. "Open Beta". Your issue is with Facebook, maybe take it up with them.

with 100% at normal usage i have 8h of usage left, on idle it's about 10h.
way more worst than the previous version

Well why didn't you say so sooner? I'm sure now that you've informed the rest of the "community" here that you're waiting for it, OnePlus will now release the update.

If only someone here had expressed their interest in recieving the update sooner!

I must say that I've been quite enthusiastically spamming the system updates function now that I've become aware of the great fervor with wich this person chose to articulate his opinion.. I was absolutely certain that OnePlus would immediately be swayed by this eloquently phrased sentiment.. much to my bemusement.. I couldn't be further from the truth. Well, I guess life goes on.. ;)

Well, I'm suggesting t-shirts saying "I waited for my OnePlus 6/6T Android Q update and all I got was this lousy t-shirt"

I gather that should definitely raise some heads, or eyebrows..

But on a serious sidenote I'll be a toe on a foot in a grave if I'll ever understand what everyone's getting so worked up about.. it would have been bloody hysterical if it didn't sound so entitled. It's not like the universe is going to explode if you have to (oh shudder! oh the horror!) wait a little longer.. [e]1f602[/e]

Since you are in such a hurry, we have pushed a special build just for you. It's automatically installed on your phone.
But since it takes a while to get upgraded (being a special build), it is required that you switch off the phone for a couple of days. May take more time based on the ambient temperature of the room. The processor works much faster when it is cold. (Maybe switch off the phone and put it in a freezer?).
Have fun enjoying the special build of Android 10;)

    Experience with the latest beta:
    1. Dash charging is no longer fast after 70%, there is a noticeable drop in how long it takes to get from 70% to 100%.
    2. Battery life is inconsistent. Most times, battery goes from 100% to 99% within a few minutes of taking off from the charger with nothing running in the background. Today it went from 100% to 95% on idle in 10 minutes.
    3. Bluetooth inconsistently connects. Phone no longer connects to my Fitbit.

Wondering if I should just do a dalvik cache wipe or a factory reset. Anyone else have similar issues or suggestions for what I can do?

Running Beta 17 on unlocked 6t.

If you are having issue and you can't deal with it or find a work around. You can always go back to stable version, please note that this is open beta and you may encounter any issue/bug depending on your usage. You can also report the issue/bugs at the feedback section to help our developers fix the issue in future release. Also stop being toxic and respect other users, and read the title of the thread before posting any questions. Thank you.
