Ok, thanks, that's what I did the first time and till now everything is working fine my question was just because I'm already in OB24 and I don't know what's the difference between my version and this "new", changelog is the same and Manu didn't say anything about a hotfix or patch.
Did you install this full zip over OB24?

Did you note something different compared to previous OB24?

    OMG! OMG! .... It's fine.
Rooted+TWRP, full OTA directly from 1+ support site, installed, booted, all's well. Now to replace stock recovery with TWRP and Root again. I wish I didn't have to root, just to use AdAway. Seriously, 100% of my root reasons are to use AdAway. Period.

I think OnePlus is not doing well on the Beta Program, we are here supposedly to test new features and give feedback, but how can we do that if there's no transparency from 1+, in this case they stopped the roll out of the update because of a bug but they never specified what the problem was and now they just started rolling out the updates again but they're not saying it is a hotfix or patch it seems to be just the same build but this time they give you a "tip" for the installation, what's that? And of course there's no difference in the changelog; In general I consider they should be so much more specific in the changelogs so we can know what it is that we are supposed to test.
Just saying; I believe it's convenient to share this with the community to see if more people think the same. (I've already send this as feedback to 1+ also)

Substratum and K-klock is another great reason to root.

Going from oreo to ob24? If coming from an Oreo version, you need the previous TWRP with compatability zip removed.
