    You are complaining about speed?

So OnePlus shouldn't use the markting sentence "the speed you need". The should have use a faster SoC than the Snapdragon 845! - Ah, thats not exist?
    Mmmmmmh...

Just make factory reset. If this doesn't help, flash a custom kernel. If this doesn't help flash a custom rom.
If this doesn't help, I think you need to wait for Snapdragon 855 devices.

Adaptive brightness and adaptive battery is a part of Android Pie. It's not something you just don't have on a near stock Android experience.

I'm not complaining at all, the original poster was making comparisons against high end Samsungs reference in their eyes poor scrolling performance on their OP6. I personally have no issues with speed or any of the other major issues that some users seem to whine about all the time. The point I'm making here is you wouldn't compere a ford with a Lambo.
I don't need factory resets or custom roms thanks mate, but you reading more clearly would be smashing ;-)

Have u ever owned samsung device? How you can say the scrolling of samsung is smooth. This is the joke of the year!!! samsung start lagging since boot when you put pin to unlock first time. search google for galaxy s9 lag (and s6 s7 s8) and your life will be to short to read all posts!!! I've owned all of them (except for s9) and easily can say OP6 is buttery smooth.

Yes I have owned iPhone 7 Plus, Pixel 2XL and S9+. Some people are not sensitive to it, but touch scrolling, scrolling in general and touch latency is much better on those devices at this point. I have no doubt it's a software issue since the hardware on my OnePlus 6 is excellent. The performance is excellent, but scrolling in general is not as smooth as it should be. For example, the Pixel 2 XL is running an older processor with much less RAM compared to my 8GB RAM OnePlus 6 device, but scrolling and touch latency are far superior (less jitters, lag etc.) on the Pixel 2 XL. It's all about optimization and I'm hoping the OnePlus team can and will optimize the software before the official Android P release.

after connecting to the wifi network at home (78 mbps) or office (300 mbps), the browsing speed is very low on my one plus 6 even after the signal strength is full. I did update to open beta 3. Still no luck.
