Thanks for adding the notch option but there is problem with "hide the notch area" .......
the status bar slides down from notch area, and after hiding this is doesn't use that notch area as status bar !!!!! big big big problem !!!!!

Does they fix autobrightness (sometimes too low in same light conditions) and fingerprint scanner speed (a little slower than in 9.0)?

Not just that, but the goof-up with the latest OnePlus 7T-series update (10.3.0 instead of 10.0.5 or 10.0.7) is unbelievable. One would think the software engineering team can follow semver quite easily.
The worst part is that this goof-up isn't just in the changelog, even the build.prop files have 10.3.0 as the version - this is terribly confusing and only attracts bad press.

Hopping this fixes the display calibration issues so I can go back to use the Natural profile. I will report later.

The new hide notch option is terrible. It shifts everything including statusbar below notch area rendering the whole notch area screen useless. The notch hiding options from Android Pie were good enough why is oneplus messing with them :(

Ok, a brief update after installing Beta 3.

Also going to try and cover some issues that others had problems with, I don't play games so that won't be covered.

Notch can now be enabled/disabled with no issues,
Gap feature for keyboard still there but that's fine, getting used to it.
Phone seems snappier which I didn't think was possible.
    November Security update.
Did not lose any data during upgrade.
Playstore working fine after a couple of minutes after install.
Camera working fine. Camera app is now version 3.8.89
    Switching apps is fast.
WiFi is extremely fast as it was before.
System Storage folder same at 12 GB

    Let you know more later.
