Since this will wipe your phone... You might actually be better of with trying a factory reset and don't recover any data other then media files. If you still prefer stable over beta consider a fresh start without automatically install all apps and recover app data that might have caused your issues to begin with.

Link to rollback and info below.

Due to direct link sucks in community app here is the bitly link: http://bit.ly/2Bb5AbH

I'm very happy with beta 3.
Getting close to 140h up time with no strange behavior. Up 9.5h SOT with 17% left on a charge. (no tweaks)

Backups can sure be nice... But sometimes it can be like changing oil in your car but reuse the oil filter and a random amount of old oil. And I really hate that [e]1f609[/e]

I've received the OTA update to OPB3 and unfortunately after the install completed my phone began having random reboots - I cannot pinpoint exactly what causes it though I've managed to delay the time between reboots by holding volume up + power for 10-15s and when it comes back I turn it off for 5-10mins. With this method, the most I've gotten it to not reboot is maybe 5-6hrs

I've also wiped the cache but it did not fix my issue.

I am now attempting a factory reset of system data - if that doesn't work I will do a full wipe.

I managed to do a few log captures. Can someone advise on what the best way will be to report these? The support chat method just doesn't seem worth the time....

If they need more info they will contact you via PM.

They often return with things like this. So you could do that right from the start too.

We would like to take this further and would request you to share with us the device name and device logs at the time of issue occurrence. Be rest assured; your data would be secure.
    1. How Often you face this issue(probability)in a day?
    2. Does this issue persist in the last update?

    Steps for logs:

    1. Open dialer -> Dial *#800# -> Open ‘oneplus Logkit’ and click delete history logs
    2. Check ‘Move logs path to built-in SD card’andand check 'network 'Tcpdump log'
    3. Check ‘save log’ and click cancel
    4. go back to home screen and reproduce the issue that you are facing-> Once its Reproduced capture screenshot to note the timestamp.
    5. Again, dial *#800 # and Open ‘oneplus Logkit’-> Open other log info
    6. Click 'get bugreport info' and wait for 2 minutes(until it’s greyed out)
    7. Go back uncheck ‘save log’ and all other enabled option
    8. go back to home screen. Open file Manager from app drawer -> storage -> internal storage
    9. Search for Oem_log Folder ->long press it-> Click three dots on the top Right corner -> compress it
    10. Find oem_log.zip at the bottom, long press it again-> Click three dots on top Right corner -> Click Share -> Share via Drive along with the screenshot and Provide the link here

    1. Keep the drive link open.
    2. After sharing the link, please delete the Oem_log file and folder from your Device or it will occupy more Storage Space.

though oneplus7 pro has a edge screen it could have lunched edge feature as found in samsung S8, s9,S10 devices. those hovers really helps to redirect to desired activities quickly. is the team working on having the feature update in near OS updates. if not kindly have a look on the feature, that would be a great treat for peoples who like to switch between various activities in a phone.

Hi, my oneplus 7 pro is on open beta3 and its reboot itself just after i unlock, it doesn't give me even a minute. If i don't unlock the phone doesn't reboot and stays there. Any workaround or fix?
