No update needed, you should've done it properly and factory reset the phone.

    Can I backup all data?

I fear that I need to re-register all my banking apps and stuff like this.

VPN is issues are still present on the Beta 4. I can connect to my VPN server just fine but the connection drops after a short time, around 2 minutes. On the server I see the disconnect message but on the phone the VPN looks to be connected still. Already sent logs to OnePlus but still waiting for a response.

There was bug in One plus 6 while making conference call... During conference call,
After disconnect of 3rd person in call... The screen still displaying Manage calls... But while selecting manage call, there is only one person...

It is very difficult to find whether the 3rd person has cut the call or not...

    Kindly look into the issue

Sorry mate, I don't know if you read what has been been fixed in this open beta 4. one biggest issue is standby power usage which is addressed in this build. I have already done my homework and have been following most of the threads closely. You are lucky that you don't have an issue but there are majority of people out there who are facing battery drain issue.

It's because people don't do a factory reset contrary to the advice.

Factory reset is not a solution. I will not debate in this but will wait for an incremental update

    Hi OP,
Requesting Wallpaper Background options is like we can choose image from album (folder) as slideshow and we have below option. Hope you get the idea.

    - Change picture every
    1,10,30 minutes
    1,6, hours
    1 days.

    - Allow slideshow when battery is low
    On/Off

I respect you don't want debate on it, but sorry factory reset is the only option!

On this forum? No mate it's the normal. How many of these 'problem' posts was there when just a limited number had the update? Why is it that the first few still report no such issues as it seems the masses now? It's either the 'problems' don't have a scoby do. Or is it the 'first' had some top secret different build, that must it!!
