    i just got the update, and before it starting to download, i got a pop up saying, my phone is rooted, and that it will download the full 1.6 gigs and at the end my phone will not be rooted anymore, the thing is I NEVER ROOTED MY PHONE, anyone else having this message?

    No, it was my mistake. Beta updates are global releases, VPN method is not necessary.

    I don't want to deal with bugs and consistently being on in the forums so I decided to stick with the stable, I can wait for the stable update just wondering if the software engineers got off break and was working on the update. Posted on the beta thread because it was the latest thread based off of updates.

    I don't know about the 3 or the 3T anymore but I upgraded to the 5T from a 3.. and while I had my 3 I was on the beta and had 0 problems / bugs with it. Same goes for the beta on my 5T. But yeah, it is your decision at the end of the day :)

    those who have reboot problem the reason is substratum I also got reboot problem later I reseted settings and wiped cached in recovery (note apps will lost) now it's working fine (disable the overlays before updating)
