That's because it is not being pushed as an OTA by OnePlus. You need to go to https://www.oneplus.com/support/softwareupgrade and download the upgrade file. Place it in your root directory and then upgrade using local upgrade by following the steps under
How to upgrade system? on the download page.

I'm on last beta version not able to upgrade to current one. when I go to system update page it shows "your system is up to date".
Any suggestions how to upgrade to current version.
I even tried to download zip file from OnePlus website and try to update locally but file is not detected.

don't upgrade ob4, stay with ob3 and optmize those apps you rarely use and the battery works just fine

if you don't mind the gpay issue, just update it

    No

Open Beta test firmware may not always be as stable or as fully functioning as the stock official OxygenOS and installing it is entirely at your own RISK!

Once on the Open Beta channel, you will no longer receive the stock official OxygenOS OTA updates unless you revert your phone back to stock firmware, which may involve wiping your phone.

Open Beta is for experienced and competent users to assess and offer constructive feedback and submit detailed bug reports to OnePlus. Therefore, this is not a spoon feeding section of the forums.

this beta 4 update feels better than the beta 3 and the 10.3.0 version.
but there is still little issues like it lags a little bit when i open apps, even when i unlock using the fingerprint scanner, it lags a little...
but, for an open beta like this one, feels absolutely better compared to previous open betas.

Try Nova launcher from the Play Store as that supports gestures.

It doesn't, navigation gestures don't work, on top of the Nova settings there's a warning that states that A10 needs to be updated in order to have fully working navigation gestures.

I used Nova till this morning, I restarted the phone and suddenly home gesture isn't working, I tried clearing cache of different applications but nothing seems to solve. I noticed that this night OP launcher was updated, could be the cause of my issue?
