I hadn't noticed there was no OTA... oops. Downloaded full file and updated.

All running well. No issues or problems with my apps, camera or settings.

Had the SafetyNet verification issue. To resolve it, I did the following:
    - Clear *cache* for Google Play Services (couldn't wipe storage as it removes watch data)
    - Clear storage for Play Store (so it shows up as verified again -- allowing you to get apps such as Netflix)
    - Clear storage for Google Pay (so that it also sees the device as verified again)

As a Beta tester, testing Beta 4, have you tried a full format reset, to use and test a fresh install of the current Beta 4 you have. This will give a better reflection of the OS in a fresh standalone environment.

See if it rectifies issues, and then submit bug reports regarding the OS in a fresh usage environment, rather being an upgrade over any previous version you have.

Do a full Erase/Delete Data button, factory reset. This will restore you to a fresh installation of OOS Beta 4. So you will need to backup your phone.

Go to Settings, System, Reset Options, Erase All Data, click on the Delete All Data button,

I usually perform a best practice of a clean install of every update, beta or stable. But oh well, persistent issues. Most have already been covered in comments all over this thread. Reported.

The reason I ask is that the hardware and software everyone has is the same over the 2 phone versions and many state they have no issues, while others seem to have some or many issues, the only difference being the Apps each person install on a personal level.

Tp link Archer C6 or C5 doesn't support 5GHz radio frequency higher than 100. OP and most of the branded smart phones released on Asian region supports radio frequency higher above 100. I had the same issue with my C5. Then I had to change my router to Archer C60 and changed the radio frequency higher than 100 manually not default. Now my OP6 is well connected with 5GHz wifi. It is not an issue of OP, but region boundedness of TP-link.

if you're not on beta 4, the just a local update of 10.3.0 will work fine, else clean install is needed to switch.

False. Beta 4 is newer than 10.3.0. It just came out.
