Journey with open betas on OP6 has been smooth till OB4 arrived.
See how the contacts numbers are changing in the screenshots attached. Hope somebody is taking note. Thanks.

I think it is hidden from oos since call recording is not allowed on international version

Well, can google play use properly?

if so, then it may be a false "uncertified" alarm lol

ok, thanks so the steps are:

    1. wipe the data and cache of google pay
    2. wipe data of google play
    3. wipe data of the google service framework
    4. reboot and all of them will work fine

    is that right?

as suggested by other user in the thread I wiped data for
    - Google Pay (also many times before)
    - Google Play Services (also many times before)
    - Google Service Framework (this time solved the issue)
then rebooted, after this Gpay is working.

PS! after wiping Google Play Services I lost:
    - all sync and settings with Wear os watch (needed to pair as new watch and factory reset the watch lost fit data if you don't have a backup, I had the sync active with the watch vendor so successful restored the data)
    - Google Fit data (is now empty I don't have WiFi at the moment and I don't if it will be restored after connecting with the wifi)
    - Google backup settings (needs to be reinitialized with the Google account)

The main reason for working Google Pay is not the cleared app data of some apps or frameworks.

The issue was the CTS Profile Match part of the SafetyNet Check. This profile needs to be on Google servers too and this was not the case. So the SafetyNet test fails and Google Pay does not work.

Google received/accepted the new profile of this version yesterday. Google Pay or the Play Services did the SafetyNet test again and now it's fine.
Clearing the app data could forced the test at an earlier time.

It's working fine on the OnePlus 6. It could be different on the OnePlus 6T, because it has a different CTS Profile.
