    Only other thing to try that I can think of is to clear the cache and storage of the play store and play services. And if still nothing then enter into recovery mode and clear your device cache.

    First open your camera, go to settings, and make sure "smart content detection" is enabled.

    After that, just hold down on the view finder as I said

    Camera > Settings > Smart Content Detection (on)

    Long press on the camera viewfinder screen to activate Google Lens
