Yes, the really first time, Oneplus devices didnt support any Austrian Carrier for long time!

But since the 8 our carriers sell also OnePlus devices, and now they support also VoLTE/VoWifi and 5G offical!

You expect anyone to take this kind of rant seriously? VoLTE not working of your carrier's fault. Each individual carrier has to certify and allow a certain device to have VoLTE and VoWiFi services on its network. If you really think it's a OnePlus firmware issue, reach out to their customer service directly. Rambling cartoonishly here on these forums won't help you at all.

Also, what is this, kindergarten? Who talks/communicates like this, with this kind of tone and content, on a public forum?

Sure. Other users will connect telepathically to you right now and together we'll pray your problems away. Sigh..

If you have these kind of issues on a new device, the first thing you do is contact customer service and try to get a replacement.

Hiya. Live in NZ and yep lost both of these the moment I did the 11.0.1.1 OTA. Have had to roll back to the initial Android 11 stable release to get both back.

Thing is I've seen this on 2 separate models of a Oneplus 8 in my case. Both IN2010 and IN2013 have had the same issues on my cell carrier.

Yeah they're unsupported technically, but 2 things to note.
5G was working just fine on the initial Android 11 OOS11.
VoLTE and 5G was working when changing LTE profiles with PDC.

They must have broken something or changed something.

In fact the patch notes even say.

    Network
    • Optimized the intelligent 5G function to extend battery endurance capacity
    • Optimized Wi-Fi connection to improve stability of connectivity
This is a bug in 11.0.1.1 and I wondered if OP4 would fix this and I'm honestly too scared to even try.

I have the same situation with you. May I know how to roll back to the initial Android 11 stable release (OS 11.IN21AA) in order to get 5G back? I am currently in OS 11.0.1.1.IN21AA. Much appreciated.

All the guides on google are telling you how to roll back to Android 10, but I would like to roll back to first version Android 11 (OS 11.IN21AA).

I rolled back to OOS 10 10.5.9 and just let it update to OOS 11. The first update you get is the initial Android 11 release.

Is anyone else facing battery issues with this beta version? My battery is draining much quicker than before. I am not even able to use it for an entire day.
BTW I'm not a heavy user as such but my phone is losing a lot of charge being on the standby mode itself.

My cell phone has been crazy since the last update. My mobile internet and calls can no longer be made. It only works for 2 days after completing it. then the same again.

Did you use to get connection with 5G and lost it? The Smart 5G change broke 5G for my second sim in beta 2 I believe. This was also introduced in 11.0.1.1.
"Optimized the intelligent 5G function to extend battery endurance capacity". This made many lose 5G and also auto 5G options.
It's back and apperently official support for 5G for my main carrier too. No 5G for second sim yet.

What carrier/country/regional phone model? Do the carrier say your phone is supported in their network?
