If I update to beta builds ... Will be able to switch to stable without loosing data ??

If the current stable version has a more recent build date than the beta you are running, then yes you can switch without data loss.

If the beta you are on at the time has a more recent build date than the current stable, then no. You would have to use the rollback package for your device and this would involve data loss.

Yes, I posted my battery stats above, over 8 hours with 30% left in the tank.

Here is today, however only unplugged it about 3 hours ago. I find as the day goes on the battery drains a bit less so I suppose going on the figures above I could get about 11 or 12 hours if I left it run to 0%.

No Gaming on that, and OP6T has a larger battery than OP6 by about 10%. So if calculating for OP6 reduce by 10% to allow for the difference.

Give whatsapp the Allow Permissions or Deny permissions whichever you choose to use those features or not, that should generally stop the prompts.

Means if I update to ob 6 then I would have no data loss ...and in future if any stable build comes which is newer than beta then I would have no loss ?? Right ?

Yes that's correct. Although keep in mind, that nothing is ever guaranteed and things can go wrong during updates which could cause data loss, but I can only remember one instance of someone losing data.

Might be a Bug, but I don't get those notifications on Beta 6.

This is how mine are set in WhatsApp

If you click the notification, where does it bring you, and is there an option to always all or Deny in the place that it brings up.?

No idea what you mean by that. In what contexts is it "blank screens while clearing up the background apps"
